Are Molson Cold Shots worth the price over buying pretty much any tall boy?

Definitely not an alcoholic nor a mathematician, so I decided to try and leave this to the experts of reddit. I've been drinking Pabst Blue ribbon tall boys as of lately, but my friend likes getting these on the side; and I'm simply wondering whether or not Molson Cold Shots are cost-efficient as opposed to simply just buying more tall boys?
