Is 11:FS Pulse trustworthy on Respondent?

I am seeing a few things through 11:FS Pulse where they want to record us accessing a prepaid card website or similar. To me this seems a bit sketchy but respondent is supposed to be trustworthy so I am a bit confused. Anyone done one of these or are they just all around a bad idea?
