How often do you get surveys from prolific in the UK?

I have just signed up to prolific and verified my account. I see that a lot of people on this sub use prolific as a side hustle but it mainly seems to be people in the US.

Does anyone use this site in the UK? And if so, do you get surveys regularly? Do you also get any email notifications that surveys are available? Or do you just need to check the website every so often?
