Has this happen to anyone on cloud?

Cloud connect . Was at 4 stars. Had a researcher reject one of my surveys and immediately went down to 1 star? Has this happened to anyone else ? And did your score every go back up? As you can imagine I was a daily user making almost $100 a month so out of all the surveys iv done this is only my second reject. just want to know if your score went back up. Thx
