Facing Issues with Redeeming Lifepoints

Hey guys, whenever I try to redeem my Lifepoints, the screen just keeps buffering indefinitely, and I'm unable to proceed with the redemption process.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with redeeming Lifepoints. If so, have you found any solutions? Thanks in advance!
