Eureka once per day cashout limit?

I’ve cashed out multiple times in a day with Eureka to Paypal. However, tonight I got a message saying “Oops cashouts are limited to once per day, please try again tomorrow.”this is the first time I’ve come across this message. Has anyone else experienced the same?
