Cashing out Sago Visa Cards

Last fall I was able to add them to Venmo and use without issues. But I think they’ve changed their vendor since.

I also ran into the issue where you can only add a certain number of cards to your Venmo account per six months.

I feel like I was successfully able to use PayPal once but it may have been a card from their previous vendor.

Anyone have luck with a method recently?
