Cash em all no more Paypal?

So I have had this app for about three days and since yesterday the options like paypal and amazon are no longer there, there are only these 'special offers' that I am not interested in. I haven't used my coins yet. I just wanted to know if sooner or later paypal will be available again or not, I don't even know if it works?
