Usertesting problem signing in

Hi, I had signed up for usertesting but I am unable to sign in again. I get an error message "Unable to sign in". Not sure why. The reset password link will not work. No email is sent to my address. I have emailed there support but no response after a week or so. Anyone else had that problem?
