Heard of this Avatar Feedback Community site, kinda sketched out, is anyone familiar with it or?

So after seeing plenty of folks online mention RatRaceRebellion a bit back (I think on this subreddit but it might have been another), I've kept the site in my bookmarks for checking out sites to scrape up a little extra on the side and to help with the job search, right? Looked at the newer post for daily jobs and sites yesterday, all looked pretty normal but then one caught my attention. It was this listing talking about getting paid for talking about avatars? This one in particular goes as follows: "Earn cash for surveys and interviews about avatars. "Pays $5 - $100 per activity." Help shape the future of virtual reality. Facebook account required. Sponsored by The Schlesinger Group."
I know the folks running RRR screen everything and it's most likely trustworthy, but I'm a bit unsure about the fact it needs an Facebook account (I have a burner I can use but that's beside the point) and that it was sponsored. Not to mention, going on whois it says it was made in 2022 with squarespace, which is kinda dodgy imo. So I'm a bit torn as to whether or not I'm just being a worrywart or it's really not that good a place to check out. I know it mostly just boils down to common sense and trusting your gut, but I just really wanna know if anyone else has used this, with or without any success
