Vanilla gift card zip code

Alright so. Got a vanilla gift card as a present from work. Tried to link it to doordash, but it wants a zip code, the paper with the terms and conditions doesn't have one, the website doesn't list one, tried my zip, the office zip, and our shop zip, nothing works. Been looking at posts on here and googling info doesn't seem to provide an answer. Am I doomed to only use this for in person transactions or is there some other resource I'm not seeing?

Tried calling the help line but gave up after an hour on hold.
