proflic study issues

Has anyone ever had an issue with a study on prolific that you took your time on answer all the correction checks and did the study with in the time frame and still have it rejected. If so what am i suppose to do if i disagree with the rejection. I have never had rejection when i did all the attention checks and i have a good survey rating. could my account be ban on account of this
