OneForma's Milky Way 1st TryRating Exam notification

How do you know if you passed of failed, I was doing tasks until suddenly it stopped saying no more surveys available, I'm not sure how much tasks I completed probably more than 35. But I didnt get any email or result showing on the website ??

Anyone already passed or failed that 1st exam ??
