Eureka doesn't pay out?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share/ask that I haven't been paid out (to PayPal) for 3 payments in a row. Did anyone else experience this? I'm in Canada btw.

Also have been unable to verify my account since creating it, since it always gives an error when adding my phone number.
