Can I overturn a rejection on cloud connect by contacting support?
Got my first rejection on cloud connect, I contacted the researcher and did the whole suck up thing which always worked for me on prolific but I haven't heard back. It's been 7 days, can I contact support directly? I haven't had to deal with this on cloud yet
