How do I receive phone verification for AdGate?

So I'm new to GPT sites. I'm currently using freecash with my google account. I did the offer for the Words with Friends mobile game, but my progress was never tracked. When I look at the "Words with Friends" offer on the reward status page on freecash/w/adgate it says:

Install - Pending phone verification

Steady 1 - Pending phone verification

Steady 2 -Pending phone verification

When initially clicking on offers from AdGate on the freecash site before it redirects me to download the game I get a message that reads:

"Just a heads up! If you complete this offer. then you'll receive a text message in 7 hours to the phone number you provided. Please click the link from the text when you receive it in order to receive credit. Thanks for checking out offers powered by Adgate rewards."

But I've never provided a phone number in order to receive a text to be verified. Is it talking about the phone number that was already linked to my Google account?

When clicking on the "Words with Friends" offer on my phone it brings me to a page that says:

secure-browser.com "Offer has already been completed. [2071]"

Anyone know how I can fix this?
