Tester Buddy spend $$$ to earn +$3 Including what you paid

So pretty much i’ve been playing Dice Dreams through Tester Buddy. They have been running a special where if you spend $3 on Dice Dreams you’ll earn $6 on Tester Buddy. I’ve done this offer a couple times and have PROFITED about $11. I did have to pay $23 to earn the extra $11 but ended up with $34 at the end of the day. Wondering if anyone else has experience with this and if it’s actually legit?!
