No available jobs for me on Microworkers

Currently my success rate is 100% and my temporary success rate is 55% but i am not able to accept jobs. Their terms state that if my success rate is bellow 75% i will not be able to accept jobs, but my success rate is not bellow 75%. Why am not able to accept jobs?
