Amazon shopper panel (ASP) on new phone

I've been using got a new phone and installed the ASP app. It went through the wemeco.e screens like for a new user . Every time I launch the app it goes through the welcome screens. I tried logging out and Stopping the app but neither helped. Don't see any settings for it. How do I stop it from showing new user /welcome screens?
