UserTesting: Stopped receiving screeners after 1,5 years

Hi All,

Hope you are well.

I have been part of the UserTesting for over a year and a half. Total of 300 tests, numerous live ones and 5 star rating.

Out of nowhere - around May - tests stopped coming in. No screeners, nothing. Tried editing profile, going through reviews and etc. but didn’t move a stone.

Contacted support, yet they replied several times with the same template message about how it takes time to receive screeners, you are not eligible for all and etc.

Few takeaways I need advise on -

(1) Has anyone faced something similar and how you fixed it?; (2) Would you bother continue contacting them or I should not bother any extra time?; (3) Any alternatives that would have big amount of Finance/IT screeners? I am from Denmark.
