Playtestcloud not getting back to me

I applied to playtestcloud around 8 days ago and have had no reply. I also sent a email to them at help@playtestcloud.com with no reply 6 days ago. I've seen that people say that it only takes a few days to receive information on your application, so can anyone tell me what's going on?
