Is Survey Savvy Safe?

Like I am new to it and I installed savvy connect in my smartphone and they asked me to install a "CA Certificate" which is some web browser tracking certificate, even my phone is warning me that my privacy is at risk. So I am just concerned like, is it safe to do it and also will i get $5 a month after doing all that?
