I saw a couple post about "field agent" now. Could someone tell me about it?

I'm in Canada. Looking for find out how it works, is it decent pay, and how to sign up? I haven't had much luck with the other apps/sites mentioned so far on the sub, like mturk or Prolific. Right now I only really have justplay and qmee. Thanks
