How to bypass MTurk utility bill verification? (Situation in desc)

My utilities are covered in my rent, my phone is covered by my parents while I'm at university, and I tried submitting a receipt statement of a paid month of rent but Amazon's website will not stop saying error, I will not let me submit any kind of file without saying error. Advice?
