GetPaidTo Apps(Mistplay, Habit Gift, etc), need device recommendations?

Heya all.

I'm running an LG G8-ThinQ phone that's on its way out (battery issues), so I want to get a new device to run apps like Mistplay to continue earning on instead of putting more stress on my phone. (I thought about using Bluestacks, but it's apparently not allowed.)

Would I be able to play the games listed on these apps with cheap android tracphones, or would it be better to look into a cheap but slightly more expensive Onn Android tablet at Walmart?
