Genuine question: Is all this legal?

I discussed this sub with someone recently and if I am honest I didn't know it was a thing or part of the internet! I had heard of surveys for money but assumed it was a scam.

So my real question is if someone is working full time with a taxable job and then starts doing these and it turns out to be legit. They see money in their bank Are there any other issues that could happen?

From a real place of intrigue, I am asking :) I could see myself doing some of this advice to fuel my hobbies.
