Fetch $10 Amazon gift card redeemed as nothing, 0, empty

So I redeemed a $10 Amazon gift card on fetch and when I went to add it to my Amazon account through the Amazon app, it showed nothing added to my gift card balance. I thought maybe it didn't copy correctly and tried again, only for it to tell me that it had already been added. Gift card balance still unchanged.

I contacted fetch and got a canned response about restrictions and exceptions being listed on the gift card.

Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen?
