CoinOut levels issue

I’ve uploaded multiple receipts today. Why am I still at a bronze level? I should be at least at the gold level due to having completed the other requirements. It says I can’t upgrade until I scan a receipt which I’ve done at least with 5 different ones. I expected to wake up and be at gold but I’m stuck. Anyone have any solutions? I wrote to customer service but not sure how attentive they are. Thanks I’m advance.
