Issue with Bestplay

I've been using Bestplay for about a week. It was fine the first few days, but since about Friday I haven't been able to cashout to Paypal because it's been "under maintenance." Does anyone with a little more experience with this app know how long this type of thing usually lasts? I've emailed Bestplay themselves about the issue but they haven't responded.
