Another warning about Marketforce
Been working with them for years with minimal issues. Previously I warned about their low ball offers over email or phone while higher payments are just sitting on the app. My latest complaint: I accepted an offer to do a last minute shop yesterday. Apparently I hit the wrong month number and the system invalidated it despite no other mistakes. Every other company I work with either has editors to fix small errors or just sends it back to fix. They said they reassigned it and won’t fix it. I’m out $30 plus the $25 pay. They’re always asking me to do last minute shops in this area, but after this I might just block them and delete the app. Don’t let this happen double and triple check your dates and times. Most other questions are flagged which means you can’t advance if you give an invalid answer, but astoundingly not the actual shop date. Very unforgiving in my opinion, as I have made bigger errors with other platforms and was allowed to fix.
Edit: no need for shaming about the incorrect way I entered the date. I acknowledge that, but I’m just venting warning others that this company is unlike most who either edit or give the shopper and opportunity to fix.
