Your Surveys/CINT qualification page problems

Hello Everybody. Is anybody having trouble with YS(your-surveys)/CINT being stuck on a qualification question, this question being my zip code.

I'll give it my zip code as usual, yet it will only load back the question as if nothing ever happened, then ill put back my zip code where it will just do it again over and over again.

Anyone with the same problem or a solution?
