How long does it take to get into some of the sites?

I just recently found this place about a week ago and have applied to some of the sites that seem the most effective, notably cloud connect and prolific. How long does it typically take to hear back? I don’t mind waiting but I want to know what to expect.

Also a bit of a side question, I made 15$ on my first 3-4 days on paidviewpoints but recently have seen almost nothing. Is this just a luck thing or can I do something about it?
