EpiPen settlement gift card

I received my settlement but it's in a MasterCard gift card. I have added giftcards to PayPal in the past and then sent money from said card to another account in order to get access to cash. However I am having issues this time. Anyone have any suggestions? This is a significant amount of money that I would like to get it.
