Crowdtap Technical Issues

Has anyone else been having issues with Crowdtap today? I attempted to redeem a $5 Amazon gift card, & every time I try I get a message stating "Uh oh something went wrong... We've encountered a problem while submitting your order. If the problem persists, please contact support."

I have sent a ticket to support, just waiting on a response. I just cashed out a gift card a few days ago and received it with no issues. I've been using Crowdtap for close to 2 years and haven't had this happen. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well.
