Mistplay logging me out whenever I try to redeem

When I go to redeem, it brings me to the face verification page and when I click agree and continue, the screen turns black then redirects me to the mistplay login page. my account is not banned though, because I can log back in fine. Its been like this for 2 days and I sent a ticket to support but haven't gotten a response. Has anyone else had the same issue?
