Anyone having trouble with prolific?

I hadn’t gone on prolific for a couple weeks. I just cashed out and it worked fine, but I’ve noticed I’m getting no surveys to appear. I have only been getting them through email and half the time I click it there is an error saying to disable a VPN or something else (I don’t have a VPN running) anyone else have this problem or similar?
