US citizen abroad

Hello I'm a US citizen currently in Ukraine I cannot leave yet have to look after someone. But what sites or apps can I use as a US citizen abroad or only as a citizen of the country im in? Or can i do any other online work I can do from my phone. Thank you for your help in advance.
