Prolific Issues

Hello! I finally got accepted to Prolific after a long wait. I’ve been doing quite a bit on there and went to link my PayPal for payment, but every time I try, it freezes up when I enter the password. I tried both on my PC (Chrome browser) and on my phone. Same result. I tried submitting a ticket, but it won’t go through. Is it just a temporary problem with Prolific or a me problem? TIA
