Has ReceiptPal been slow and buggy for anyone else?

Feels like Receipt Pal has been like this for a few months now, if not longer. It takes forever to load and some days it doesn't even get to their main screen at all. I just see the loading square moving for the longest time until it gives me an error message. Wondering if anyone has the same issues.
