Eureka pay issues

Just curious - has anyone had issues getting paid by Eureka Surveys?

I submitted for cashout two months ago (February 23), received a confirmation message that it'd be sent out within 1-2 business days. Still nothing, and I've reached out a number of times.

It's only $10, but I did it through the penny a day surveys, so I feel pretty dumb to have wasted all that time. I've tried reaching out on their Facebook and Twitter channels as well - emailing their support gets me an auto-reply but no one ever answers me.

Anyway, thought I'd share to let folks know they aren't responsive or paying up in my case!
