Survey Spin surveys are not working

Hi guys wondering if anybody has experienced the same issue as I have. Been a member of survey spin for the last 2 months or so and all of a sudden about 3 days ago any survey that pops up I get an error message saying “affiliate has ended the survey” and kicks me out immediately. I’ve sent multiple messages to customer service with no answer. Wondering if the problem is on my side or theirs, I enjoyed their app while it was working and hope to continue doing business with them
