Solitaire Party - withdrawl Frozen?

Joined solitaire party, worked up some earnings, withdrew ( not bonus money)...but withdrawl is now frozen..no explanation,i HAVE verified my email adress and the 'help' bot is useless..keeps asking me to click on a link that it never gives me
anyone else used Solitaire party? ( not solotaire clash etc..). if they dont resolve it in the next two days I'm reporting the app as a scam.
