Remotask and Hubstaff

I have done the quizzes and exams and am now onto actually doing tasks(production). The onboarding doc states that you need to be logged into Hubstaff and I have created the account and have the app on my computer but can't get the project group I'm in assigned to my Hubstaff. I have tried a support ticket as well as the slack group but no help, as in no response. The slack group is a ghost town due to nobody being able to post. The project I'm on states you don't get paid unless you are tracking time with hubstaff.
