Reklaim Issues, anyone else?

I noticed they logged me out for no apparent reason. When I tried logging in again, I kept getting an error saying password does not match, even though I know I put in the correct password. Therefore, I changed my password anyway. However, even the New password I created is not working. I sent a message to customer service. Anyone else having issues logging in with them?
