Has anyone heard of eRewards?

I was recently directed to a site after have filled out a Kroger Survey for 50 bonus fuel points and to be put into a sweepstakes drawing (information and details on that or even more interesting). So I was invited to sign up for this in rewards website, where I am directed to take surveys to earn eRewards currency. Has anyone heard of this? I want to k ow if I’m wasting my time or not.
