Any Transcription Websites Better Than Rev?

Hi there, was just curious if anyone knows if there's any other transcription websites like Rev, but that have better pay/audio? I've done Rev for years now and don't get me wrong, I actually enjoy it for the most part...I put in a lot of time to make the money, but it would be awesome if there would be a place that has similar work but pays similarly/better? Anyone know of any? How is 3PlayMedia these days?
