PocketFlip app support

I don’t know if this happens to any other app, but I think the person who owns the “PocketFlip” app is not running it anymore, like I been waiting 5 months for my $10 paypal reward and 6 days for my $10 playstation code. They’re not updating the app, or responding to support emails. They said if it takes longer for gift cards, that means they’re on “on vacation or had a flight with his girlfriend” but it’s been several months.
