Playerup: no payout, blatant dishonesty

I totally regret this one - just a PSA in case you're thinking about it. I thought it would be cool to sell my Swagbuck game accounts I was no longer using. It seemed fine until my payment never arrived. I kept messaging and messaging with no response. Finally dropped some reviews and chalked it up to fraud, when they finally replied (see below). Quite a long conversation when they'd been ignoring me for weeks! I'm not removing my reviews and trust pilot has already suspended their entry on the site but I just feel totally dirty from the experience.

Middleman: Sorry for the delay. Sadly we dont provide support on review sites. Can you message us here once that is fixed so we can credit you for this order and expedite this for you?

Me: Are you asking me to take down my review in exchange for releasing the funds you are holding?

Middleman: Please confirm here if we should proceed or cancel this order? Meanwhile your ID you uploaded was approved.

Me: Please release my payment. I have no intention of complying with threats and will not be removing my reviews.

Middleman: I understand then we will have to cancel this order. We don't proceed with orders with open disputes. More than happy to expedite this for you today but if we don't want to proceed and work with us, then we will have to cancel this order.
