Does Ibotta not automatically scan for offers on a receipt?

I accidentally scanned my walmart one for "any receipt" and it had offers on it that were redeemable in walmart. None of them were given on the receipt scan though so I'm screwed?

On Fetch it automatically scans the offers and gives them to you when you scan the receipt. Is that the big difference between the two? You have to manually do everything on Ibotta?
