Where do clinical trials post payment info?

I live in the DC area and want to participate in clinical trials for some extra cash. Reading through old posts on the subject, I see that https://www.centerwatch.com/ and https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/home appear to be the most recommended sites for finding trials. However, I can't for the life of me find any payment information on these sites. Am I missing something? Or do I have to contact every trial I'm eligible for directly to get payment info?

(Semi-related, I'm also open to more suggestions for ways to find clinical trials in the DC area)
